Plan
You should have a detailed promotion plan.

Budget
Detailed budget for such plan must be calculated.

Presentation
The application must be completed and presented to the fund experts in the most understandable and agreeable form.

MVP
The projects must have at least the concept stage to be accepted for consideration. That is, there should be a minimal presentation (idea design) with a promotion plan.

Experience
Experience in the field of promotion.

Portfolio
Existence of successfully completed promotion projects.
The fund does not finance proposals at the idea level, does not cover the full cost of the project. The fund was created to support people and teams interested in the development of the network, who are primarily ready to use their resources. We are open to cooperation and suggestions.
For developers
Any developer or any any team, who is ready to share the results of their work with the entire community and publish their code under a suitable license, can apply for a grant.

Open source
Your code must be open (open source).

Code (dependencies)
The project must not contain proprietary code or depend on the closed source libraries or incompatible licenses.

Code (license)
Code must be licensed under MIT or BSD or GPL, or be transferred to the public domain (Public Domain). The repository must obligatory contain the LICENSE file with the license text.

Code (public)
The project code must be posted on GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket or any other service where it is available without registration.

MVP
Only working projects at the stage not earlier than Beta are accepted for consideration. Grants for concepts or projects at earlier stages are not awarded.

Code (programming language)
The project code is written in one of the following programming languages: PHP, JavaScript (node.js), Python, Go, C ++, Java, C #, Rust, Kotlin, Swift

Code (documentation)
Your code is documented, contains the comments in the source and includes documentation on how to use it

Code (tests)
Your code is written using Unit tests

Code (formatting)
Your code follows the formatting standards accepted for your programming language or framework

Code (optimization)
Your code is optimized and can be easily connected to the project and deployed
If your project meets at least one of the conditions listed above, then your chances of getting a grant increase significantly. The greatest chances are for projects whose creators organize and implement all stages of the development process as efficiently as possible (development, testing, documentation, support)
